Hi all,Sydney birders. For those of you who don't rememberer or knew, the
McGraths Hill sewage treatment plant as been out of bounds to birdwatchers for
some time now due to health and safety concerns. We have been talking to
council on the matter but they just would not take the risk of letting us in.
However all is not lost as the council have decided to fence a section of along
side Windsor Road specifically for birdwatching. Whilst this is not the ideal
situation we would wish it will at least give us views close to the main pond
and more distant views over the remainder of the area. They have said it should
be completed in the next few weeks.
