I've decided that it's a Square-Tail Kite. it's definitely not either a Wedge or Little Eagle, body shape was all wrong. I don't want it to be a Black-Breasted Buzzard or Black Kite, because they'de both be new birds and I'd hate to think I missed them. Also the tail was VERY square, and my gut reaction was straight to SqTK. But thanks to all those who hypothesised with me.
