It may depend on whether there has been some rain to freshen the
lignum. Things were pretty green this time last year, following a
significant rain event in June/July, so the lignum at the edges of
Goyder Lagoon [~ 80 km south of Birdsville] was in good nick [there
were large pools of water]. We found a GGW there - much more mobile
than the EGW at Big Red, so very hard to see.
Regards, Laurie.

Hi Birders,
I am interested to know if there are Grey Grasswrens sites in northern
South Australia that are easily accessible from the Birdsville Track.
