Hi, l wrote an email a few months back regards an honours project l was undertaking on Red-rumped parrots in urban Melbourne. Two months in, things are going well, and the recommendations l received to assist me in locating occupied sites were invaluable. ln the last fortnight some of these sights have seen a shift in numbers, with some recording no individuals at all. l am keen to investigate whether Red-rumped parrots are shifting to new areas etc. as food resources change. If anyone has seen Red-rumped parrots recently in any urban melbourne parkland sites l would be most appreciative of the feedback. Thanks again Helene Lowry (Monash university) =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
