Hi there birders,
The Australasian Shoveler is a species that I have not seen very often
in my wanderings. Over the last week, however, I have observed this
species in two different locations here in South Australia.
14/5/2006 About 30 Australasian Shovelers at the Clare Sewage Treatment
works (mid-north of SA)
20/5/2006 Single Australasian Shoveler at the Laratinga Wetlands, Mt
Barker (Mt Lofty Ranges)
Happy birding,
Trevor
