Hello Harvey,I have just double checked my copy and it has legends for plates 2 & 3 on the facing pages, so perhaps your errors may be one offs, The mix up with plates 52 & 53 has occurred right through the print run according to Andrew Isles. It will be interesting to see what other little problems arise. It is a pity that such editorial mistakes slip through in in this high tech era. It seems that Homo sapiens is still the weakest link.
