Always nice to get a new house bird for the list. This one was special. And since we live just around the corner from Origma Street, we've been hoping for that special Blue Mountains bird, the Rockwarbler for the 15 years we have lived here in Hazelbrook, mid Blue Mountains. Well yesterday there was one in the garden. Today he was in the house! I guess it helps if you live in a sandstone church that must resemble a shady rock cave to a small Rockwarbler. Talk about a great tick for the house list.
