Just a quick note to let you know that whilst showing visiting Melbourne
birder Nicole Brooker around Mt Mee State Forest (60 kms NW of Brisbane)
today we found a small group of Black-breasted Buttonquail off one of the
walking-tracks.
Also noted  in same area as BBBQ were 3 species of Monarch, (White-eared,
Black-faced and Spectacled) and Crested Shrike-tit.
