The new Birding-Aus listserver has lots of nice features, one of which is the
ability to decide for yourself whether or not you receive an acknowledgement
message when you post to the list.
As mentioned before, you can also set your status to "NO MAIL" which
effectively means you don't RECEIVE birding-aus messages, but you can still
post them to the list. I've noticed a few members have chosen this option -
and have also turned on the "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT" feature so they can find out if
their messages do get through to the list.

The bottom section is the one you need - (it's called "Birding-Aus
Subscribers"). Enter your email address in the LAST text box and click
"Unsubscribe or Edit Options". You'll need to enter your password to go any
further - or ask for a password reminder and the system will send you a new one
you can use to log in.
