Can I get some help info, please?

I have watched this list for a while, but wanted to post a reply onto 
the list.  I assume I just hit "reply-all", and so send my reply to the 
list, rather than just the individual.  However, when I have tried 
that, nothing seems to appear on the list.  With recent talk of helping 
the newcomers, I hope this request can find some helpful replies.
