Hi Mike and Birding-Aus,The group of birdwatchers at Shoalhaven Heads last weekend were members of Birding NSW on a club outing. As you can imagine there were a number of members very keen to add SIPO to the Oz-list but alas it was not to be. Rest assured that all oystercatchers were very closely examined. However the estuary is very large so it could still be there somewhere. Our best bird was a Black-tailed Godwit.
