This morning,18/3/06, there were many Maned Ducks feeding on the seeds of 
short grass.They were stripping the seed heads through their bills.
Other birds seen, Rufous Fantail, Whipbird, Yellow-throated Scrubwren, 
Eastern Yellow Robin, Magpie, Sc Cockatoo, Moorhen, Pacific Black Duck. The 
Satin Bowerbird's bower is in fairly good condition though the owner was not 
evident.
