A number of List Members are interested in
the home location of Message Senders.
I automatically include my
locality, under my signature, which seems adequate for most of
my Birding-aus emails
I have other pre-set signatures for business
mail etc.
I use Windows Outlook Express, and
set this up by >
- Opening Outlook Express page, then clicking -
- Tools (Menu)
- Options
- Signatures (Tab)
- New
- Text (Button)
Fill in your signature, with an appropriate
address
(~ click enter to use a 2nd line)
- OK
When sending an email, select
- Insert
- Signature
- A specific signature for
Birding-aus
I would presume other email software would have
similiar facilities ?
