Hi all,

The Little Curlew was present at Paradise Rd Lagoons, Western Treatment Plant,
again this morning. It was about 30 minutes before it was heard in flight (at
about 9am) and seen, and landed on the large mud spit which goes across the
lagoon. From here it foraged almost non-stop for the next hour or so, moving
in a northerly direction. It ended up (when I left it) a hundred metres or so
'inland' from the north shore of the lagoon, in amongst the rocks in the
paddocks, foraging as it went. At this time it would have been somewhat
difficult to spot from the road, as it moved behind grass clumps and rocks.
Good luck if you go for it.

Cheers, Dean
