Hi Greg, I think the streaking on the head and breast in my photos indicate a juvenile and not a mature female. Isn't the bill on Mike's bird to pale to be a Jacky Winter? David Cameron's bird is a female WW Triller but is very different from your bird. Looks like a Jacky Winter, possibly juvenile, to me.
