I was disturbed from the morning paper today by the sounds of some
panicked Noisy Miners. A quick look around found a Brown Goshawk
sitting in the back tree, cleaning it's feathers. An awesome bird, and
a first for me. I've heard a few people complaining about their
resident miners, but I've really come around to them, I think that's 5
different raptors they've alerted me to this season. -- Evan Beaver Lapstone, Blue Mountains |
