which stated in part:-

“I refer to your letter pertaining to the Capertee Heliport proposal
and advise that at its meeting dated 19 December 2005, council
resolved to refuse the application for the heliport at 4675
Castlereagh Highway, Capertee.”

I also received this letter, but one will have to keep vigilant as he
may appeal.
