Hi Frank You may be interested in some of the sightings from the Geelong Field Naturalists Club over the past 2 months. Check our website http://home.vicnet.net.au/~gfnc/ and look up latest bird sightings. There is a link to last months records. While in Anglesea, you may find a Hooded Plover along the beach west of Point Roadknight. A drive back towards Torquay, then north into Forest Road and then left towards Gum Flat should be productive. Trees are flowering at The Iron Bark Basin/Point Addis, but they have not attracted many birds yet - maybe too dry.
