Hi All,

Just letting everyone know that I've been back twice to the same area where I saw the Orange Chat yesterday and didn't see it.  I went back yesterday afternoon, but a strong southerly was blowing, and it was hard to see birds unless they were flushed from the low shrubs as I walked by (the location where I saw the chat was quite exposed).  I also returned this morning and failed to see it, and I did see most other birds I saw in the general area yesterday, including a White-winged Triller which i neglected to mention yesterday, plus some Brown Quail, but no chat.  If it hasn't moved on for various reasons, including the strong winds yesterday, then it's possible it was in nearby pasture in the Rifle Range itself, which has extensive similar habitat. Cheers.
