Although reasonably expensive the book is an amazing investment, it sets
everything out in an easy to read fashion and is easy to learn from.
I can't imagine why anyone with a copy would want to part with it, I'm
always dragging it off the shelf to look something or other up.
Amazon.com has a few listed. Anyway good luck.
