Greetings,
Had a great day out on Hinchinbrook Island last Friday. in the heat of the
day did not see many birds. On leaving Port Hinchinbrook I saw a Barn
Swallow. I think it came off the sandbar with the Welcome Swallows but could
not be sure. It certainly flew with them. On return it could not be located
in the swallows which were sitting on the rigging of the boats present.
The night before we had wonderful views of Grass Owls at Tyto Wetland near
Ingham.
