An adult Light-mantled Sooty Albatross was found alive with a broken leg at
Williamstown, an inner Melbourne suburb at the head of Port Phillip Bay, on
24.11.05 and taken to Melbourne Zoo. The bird was euthanased and the
specimen collected by Rory O'Brien for the collection at the Melbourne
Museum.
