I am constantly amazed at the regularity that people ask about flagged waders, or banded birds, on this list.  I can only assume that this reflects the number of new people joining it.  I'm sure a simple check of the archives would answer the question.

Nevertheless, anything you ever wanted to know about flagged shorebirds can be found on the Aust Wader Study Group website

For bird banding in general try the Aust Bird and Bat Banding Scheme
