Hello everyone. stopped briefly at Shoalhaven Heads yesterday - didn't stay long as it was late and the weather closed in - but did do a rough count of waders. The most notable was 220+ Pacific Golden Plover which is the largest count I have had here, also 55 Eastern Curlew, 245 Bar-Tailed Godwit, 120 Red-Necked Stint, 19 Red Knot and 5 Little Terns. Also offshore were heaps of Short-Tailed Shearwater.
