Hi everyone

Some people may not have caught up with the change late yesterday - to send
messages to Birding-Aus, you now have to be a subscriber. That means you have
to send the message from the address you are subscribed under. I've done this
to cut down on spam coming through the list itself.

If you send messages and are NOT a subscriber, I'm still happy to forward them
to the list (it will look as though they've come through normally, but there's
a little bit of conjuring involved. The recent messages from David Geering and
Michael Whitehead were both forwarded in this manner. The main issue with this
method is that you have to wait until I get around to forwarding them - today
it took all day!

Don't forget that if you want to have a chat about Birding-Aus or anything else
slightly off-topic, then go over to our Blog at birding-aus.blogspot.com You
don't need to sign up or be a member or anything like that - you can past
anonymously.

Cheers

Russell
