Around lunchtime today the good birds sighted last weekend were still present. They include 3 Black-tailed Godwits, 1 each of Curlew Sandpiper and Red Knot, 9 Freckled Ducks, and the usual summer migrants – Wood, Common and Sharp-tailed Sandpiper.

There is an entry in the visitor book from yesterday recording a Ruff, but we could not locate it today.
