Hi Richard and Birding-Aus friends!

If there is an official body for reporting colour flagged waders I would also like to know as my partner and I spotted a yellow flagged Great Knot under Stockton Bridge in Newcastle a couple of weeks ago.  I have pictures of this bird if someone is also interested in that.

Not sure where Knots originate? :-)

Sorry for my ignorance, I'm hopeless with waders - but I'm learning!

Cheers,

Inger

Could someone who knows of these things please let me know if the AWSG wishes to be notified of an orange (Victorian)-flagged wader (Sharp-tailed Sandpiper) in Port Douglas.  If so, to which email address should I forward the information?    Thanks.    Richard
