Who is going to pay for this?
Imagine the cost, time and expertise taken in catching most of your
locally breeding ibis. They are long lived birds and you'd have to do it
every year. I think this is another pie in the sky attempt to solve a
problem that is of our own making - cut the food supply at the tips!
