G'day Birders,

I've just seen what is almost certainly a Powerful Owl knocked on centennial Ave. Lane Cove (9 km nw of the sydney CBD). UBD reference map 195 B16, just past Epping road. A rather unfortunate sighting.

On a better note there was about 20 Godwits, presumabley bartailed, along Henley Marine drive at Rodd Point.
