Hi All,

Have just returned from FNQ on a birding/butterflyphotographing trip & on return, on the 21st July called into Bushland Beach Hotel where in the "Beer Garden" overlooking an ornamental lake observed a Little Kingfisher.With an abundance of small fish in the lake hopefully it may remain for some time.

Bushland Beach is situated a couple of kilometres off the Princes Highway, with the turnoff about 14km north of Townsville.

P.S. No Spotted Whistling-ducks at Chilli Beach.
