Hi all

I was in Jilliby State Conservation Area this week and heard a Brush Cuckoo for the first time (above Yarramalong).

Also the Pied Butcher Bird was back at Bolton Pt (Lake Macquarie) today.

The local magpie pair have been busy nest building and frantically trying to do what I should have done ages ago and take down the xmas lights. Could make an interesting nest if I lent them a power cord :-)
