Sav and John and others,

It's not completely impossible to see Rough-faced Shag on the ferry.

I have the following in my trip notes:

11/9 Terrific luck. One seen at East Head from ferry to Picton. I could not get to the sites in Queens Charlotte Sound because tour boats not yet running. Only a 1000 to 1 shot on the ferry!
