RE: Pelagic from Lima June 12, 2005 - and Brown Skua ssp antarctica possibly a first for Peru with photo evidence (tomorrow)

There is now a picture of the Brown Skua from the Pelagic off Lima, Peru on June 12. http://www.birdingperu.com/picsfiles/photos.asp?idtipopic=1

 

Now looking at the picture the bill does not look as massive in the field and the size can be difficult to judge. In any case the bird felt quite large as it was mobbing the Peruvian Boobies.
