Last Friday, Saturday and Sunday there were at least 20 Swift Parrots at Burrendong Arboretum and were located near Fern Gully. White Box is flowering though they were not seen feeding in them.

There were large numbers of Little Lorikeets and a few Musk Lorikeets, Brown-headed Honeyeaters, Blue-faced Honeaters and Noisy friarbirds.

One immature Diamond Dove was an interesting record as they are rarely recorded here. Speckled Warblers were often seen with one sighting of eight birds.

56 Species recorded for the weekend.
