Hi John, 

On an image thats not quiet sharp, (due
to a small aperature or slight camera/bird movement,) you can use the "Unsharp
Mask" command.  

Try setting it to about 200 percent,
with pixel width of 0.3 or .04 if strong sharpening is required. 

You can also apply the unsharp mask
function twice using smaller percentages and pixel widths. 

Best just to play around with settings
to get the best result.
