The PBB here dont seem to come into town v.much.They nest along the river just near my place, spend their time over the adjacent paddocks but rarely cross to the urban side. Grey BB are all over town but tend to thin out once you hit the rural environs. I know people who had Grey BB around their farmhouse and buildings when they lived near Yetman (Nth NSW) and PBB out in the paddocks. There are other people on the edge of town who only have PBB and hardly ever a Grey so perhaps its the competition between spp that makes the difference. Chris Armstrong Warwick QLD |
