I saw a rufous fantail - first of the season - in my front yard at Vincentia
on Jervis Bay NSW yesterday evening - very much as described in Pizzey -
"like a darting flame" ...

Hi Peter and Birding-aussers,
David Simpson and I saw two Rufous Fantails around Winsor (west of Sydney)
last Wednesday (16Th.) both in the wetter parts of otherwise dry areas.
Could they be moving north?
