Hi All. We got rid of the Mynas around our house at Avoca Beach by blocking off two openings into the roof space where they nested. The two families just disappeared from the vicinity, although an occasional bird would return to inspect the sites for a few weeks. There is probably plenty of similar scope for other NIMBYs in Myna infested areas.
