My attitude is that National Parks belong to the nation, therefore they belong to us all, therefore we shouldn't be charged for photgraphing in them, or accessing them, or even, and this will create a bit of uproar, camping in them.... People who don't take advantage of NPs contribute via taxes, but lose out.
