Birding Aussies..
To add to the rest of the WTNT
sightings....11.02.05, while watching a Sea Eagle and a Darter soaring in a
thermal above Connolly Dam (Warwick Q) 1 WTNT observed in same thermal, but much
higher and could only be seen with bino's. Day had started overcast but clouds
broke about 10.30am under a strengthening easterly breeze.
Other birds of note on Connolly Dam, Lathams Snipe
and Jacana.
13.02.05....while taking in the view of the
Sunshine Coast from Montville Q with my ornithologically challenged
partner, about 20 WTNT soaring in the SE breeze at 5pm.
