Spangled Drongo is a non-breeding visitor to Sydney, a "reverse migrant", with larger numbers present in autumn/winter. They were apparently rare in Sydney prior to 1948. I see at least one most winters in the inner west - usually sitting on a TV antenna. I'd guess Nielsen Park would be good drongo habitat.
