Subject: International Ornithological Congress 2006 - call for
contributions

Dear ornithologist,

as you may already know, the next International Ornithological Congress
will be held in Hamburg in August 2006. The Second Circular and the call
for contributions are now placed at http://www.i-o-c.org .

If you should not have proper Internet access for online submission of your
contribution you may submit via e-mail.
Please follow the instructions as you can find them in the Second
Circular. If you should not be able to download the Second Circular,
please contact and we will send you an e-mail attachment.

We would very much appreciate if you could circulate the Second Circular
and call for contributions as widely as possible so that it reaches the
worldwide community of ornithologists.
Moreover, if you should be editor of a journal we would appreciate if you
could place a short note in your journal.

Finally, we would appreciate if you could place a link to the IOC on your
website.

With all best wishes

Franz Bairlein
Secretary General
IOC 2006 Hamburg
