G'day Birders, I read in one of my local papers this morning (Penrith Press) that birdos will be allowed back into McGraths Hill STP. The only catch is that an induction will be required by council, but it is possible that some members of bird watching clubs will be 'trained to induct' so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
