News reports said that Cocos-Keeling got about a 1/2 meter wave and no damage. I've recently written to the dive shops on Christmas Island, and they report that they didn't even feel the tsunami, apart from a strong undertow. No damage. --------------------------------------------- David Adams Bermagui 2546 NSW --------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- Birding-Aus is now on the Web at www.birding-aus.org -------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message 'unsubscribe birding-aus' (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
