The other evening I asked Niven McCrie of Darwin whether there was anything
of interest currently in the Top End. Nothing of note was the reply. When
pressed, he admitted that there were 3 Little Ringed Plovers, 5 Ruffs & 8
Garganeys!
He also advised that he had seen photographs of a male Northern Pintail
taken about 'three weeks ago' at Parry's Lagoon near Wyndham, WA! He had
passed the photos on to 'someone' in WA.
