Hi all,

sorry for crossposting.

>From now until half februari 2005 me and my wife will visit New Zealand,
Tasmania and Australie, partly in search for birds. We will frequently post
our results and highlights on a weblog on my website www.splatzone.nl under
"Downside Up" or directly http://www.splatzone.nl/downsideup/downsideup.htm.
If possible we will try to put up a log twice a week. The English version
will be mostly about birds and our successes and failures in finding the
targets, endemics and specialties. We will try to include digiscoped
pictures of the birds that are willing to cooperate.

So, feel free to check out the above mentioned site for updates between the
mid of next week and half februari next year.

many greetings

Simon Plat and Maaike Poppinga
The Netherland (not for a while)
