Hi Janice, For south-east Queensland the recent Qld Museum publication: "Wild Plants of Greater Brisbane" has a listing of many of the native plants of the area and the birds, animals, and insects that use them (including which part they use - fruit, flower, leaf, etc). It doesn't have everything, but should cover most of what you need.
