Hi all, On the "Rare, interesting or otherwise notable sightings" page of the Birds Queensland website: http://birdsqueensland.org.au/ There is an entry for a Grey Goshawk at Yowah, SW Queensland, 30/9/2004. Is this a genuine sighting? If so, it certainly would fit the description "Rare, interesting or otherwise notable sighting"!
