How awful for you without any wildlife carers in Penrith? It gets difficult for some areas, to find any wildlife volunteers available to rescue. I am in Batemans Bay and it can be hard to find someone, especially in the Narooma area. There is really only one current volunteer there. I have a few more helpers in the Bay now. We don't all have any stickers or signs on our cars. Pelicans will vomit once in a car, so I hope the person was holding the beak closed tight.
