For the information of list members.

The following item has just been formally added to the schedules of the
Victorian Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act as a 'potentially threatening
process'. The process has been shown to have major impacts on woodland
birds in particular, across Australia.

For those interested, there is a short Scientific Advisory Committee Final
Recommendation Report which explains the item and identifies those fauna
affected by the process. Copies of the report are available from me.

Feel free to contact me directly should you be interested.

cheers
